I've been practising as an acupuncturist since 2011, having trained at the London Institute of Five Element Acupuncture (LIFEA) and completed my clinical training in 2012. In 2014 I trained in Shonishin Paediatric Acupuncture, a unique type of Japanese non-needle acupuncture designed especially for the treatment of babies and children.
I have a long-standing interest in East Asian medicine and philosophies, particularly since studying anthropology at university. After experiencing the profound and far-reaching benefits of Five Element Acupuncture myself, I decided to change careers and embark on a three-year training to become an acupuncturist and help others improve their physical and mental health. Since 2022 I have been a clinical supervisor of final year students at The Acupuncture Academy.
I am a fully accredited and insured member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians (AAC), which is part of the British Acupuncture Federation. I also have enhanced DBS clearance.
I treat people of all ages, from infants, children and teenagers, to adults and the elderly. I enjoy seeing patients with all types of conditions and complaints, including stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and sleep disturbance, migraine, musculoskeletal pain, Bell’s Palsy, IBS, PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, infertility, supporting people undergoing IVF, and many others.
