Shonishin paediatric acupuncture

Shonishin (Japanese paediatric acupuncture) is a unique type of non-needle acupuncture designed especially for the treatment of babies and children. It has been practised in Japan for over 250 years.
In recognition of the fact that babies and children do not like needles, Shonishin uses painless, non-invasive techniques such as tapping, stroking and rubbing with different tools to stimulate the meridians and acupuncture points to bring about balance in the child's vital energy (Qi) and strengthen their constitution. It is a very gentle but very effective approach and has a strong therapeutic effect.
Shonishin is used to treat babies and young children with disturbed sleep, digestive problems, irritability, anxiety, hyperactivity, weakened immune system, and other conditions. Please contact me to discuss how Shonishin could benefit your child.
Please note that I am currently offering Shonishin treatments at my home clinic only.
